LORI FEADER brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as the newly appointed CEO of Meridian Region Community Futures. With a career spanning over two decades, Lori has demonstrated a remarkable ability to excel in diverse administrative and managerial positions across various sectors.

Lori's journey in community development and financial management began in 2002 when she joined Tervita Corporation (formerly CCS Energy Services) as a Landfill and TRD Administrator. During her tenure, she honed her skills in accounts receivables/payables, invoicing, budget tracking, and client services. Her commitment to excellence and leadership qualities saw her entrusted with additional responsibilities, including production accounting for Saskatchewan Waste Facilities.

Transitioning to roles at Saskatchewan Pension Plan and Saskatchewan Health Authority, Lori continued to showcase her dedication to efficiency and professionalism. Her contributions as a Client Services Receptionist and Home Care Staff Scheduler and Payroll Clerk underscore her adeptness in payroll management, client coordination, and staff scheduling.

In her most recent position as an Executive Administrator at Meridian Community Futures, Lori played a pivotal role in facilitating loan processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining robust client relationships. Her proficiency in financial administration, database management, and reporting has been instrumental in supporting the organization's objectives.

Lori's commitment to ongoing learning is evident through her pursuit of professional development opportunities. She has completed courses in Sage 50 Accounting, lending law, and developmental lending, further enhancing her skill set and knowledge base.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lori has also contributed to the educational landscape as an Instructor for Oil & Gas Production Accounting at Prairie West Regional College (Great Plains College). Her passion for mentoring and guiding others underscores her dedication to fostering growth and development within her community.

As CEO of Meridian Region Community Futures, Lori is poised to lead with vision, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to empowering local businesses and communities. Her multifaceted background, coupled with her passion for community development, makes her a valuable asset to the organization and the region at large.
